Refund policy

we want you to be completely satisfied with your pine needle tea. If for any reason you are not perfectly happy with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please review our return policy details below.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within forty (40) days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging, labels, and seals fully intact.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please email our customer support team at help@toriey.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Once you have received your RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging along with your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the Arkansas address provided on your package label.

Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely at our facility.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect the condition of your item, we will promptly process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least four (4) business days from the receipt of your item for us to complete this process. We will notify you via email as soon as your return or exchange has been fully processed.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, please note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Products that have been used or show a reduced net weight.
  • Items that have been unpacked, unsealed, or opened.
  • Items broken or damaged after delivery (unless accompanied by clear unboxing proof showing the item arrived damaged).
