Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping: 100% Free on all orders, both domestic and international.
Order Processing & Handling We pride ourselves on swift fulfillment straight from our facility in Arkansas.
- Order Cut-Off Time: 6:00 PM (EST). Orders placed after this time will securely enter processing the following business day.
- Domestic Orders (USA): Processed and shipped the same or next business day (Monday – Friday).
- International Orders: Processed and shipped the same or next business day (Monday – Friday).
Transit Times & Delivery Once your Toriey package is securely handed over to our trusted shipping partners, you can expect the following estimated delivery windows:
- Domestic (USA) Transit Time: 3 to 4 business days.
- International Transit Time: 6 to 12 business days.
Shipping Carriers & Tracking We partner with reliable carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx (for international orders), to ensure your tea arrives safely and securely. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can easily follow your tea’s journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s website.
Address Changes & Delivery Issues
- Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
- Missing Packages: If your tracking link shows your order as "Delivered" but you have not yet received it, please check around your property or with neighbors. If it is still missing, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to our support team within 24 hours of the delivery notification.
